The Usborne Consultant One Step at a Time Program

During the first twelve weeks in business, referred to as the "incentive period", a consultant can earn cash bonuses in addition to discounted and free books for attaining various levels of sales. This is the One-Step-at-a-Time program, designed to reward the new Usborne consultant for sales and enable you to enhance your sample display. During your incentive period we look at your sales and award a certificate based on those sales. All orders recieved by 10 am CST on the last day of your incentive period will count towards you One-Step-at-a-Time award. The certificates are normally mailed a couple of days after the qualifying sale. Your award can be redeemed for any Usborne product in the current catalog. Please note that the One-Step-at-a-Time award does have an expiration date.

With literacy being a major issue for many people today, Usborne Books is a product that you can be proud to sell. The start-up costs are minimal, there is no inventory to maintain, no territories, and we provide excellent training and support! We have supplemental materials which including practical training manuals with hand-outs and flyers.

Step Seven	$2500.00 in net sales	$100.00 in FREE product
Step Eight	$3000.00 in net sales	$50.00 CASH Bonus
Step Nine	Share the opportunity w/ 1 person	$50.00 in product for $15.00
Step Ten	Share the opportunity w/ 2nd person	$50.00 in product for $15.00
Step Eleven	Have one Bronze Recruit and acheive Step Six by the end of your incentive date You are a STAR Consultant!	$50.00 CASH Bonus
The above steps must be accomplished by the end of your incentive period.
Step Twelve	Sell $6,000.00 net and have three platinum recruits by the end of your 6^th month in business (ex. Started in June - look at the end of December) You are a EXECUTIVE Consultant!	$100.00 CASH Bonus
Step Thirteen	Promote to Supervisor by the end of your 9^th month in business (ex. Started in June - promote April 1^st) You are a SUPERVISOR!	$100.00 CASH Bonus
Step Fourteen	Maintain $2000.00 net in group sales and $700.net in personal sales for each of the first three months as supervisor	$200.00 CASH Bonus

If a Usborne consultant attains all the steps in the One-Step-at-a-Time program, they can earn up to $500 in CASH, $200 in FREE Usborne products, and purchase up to $350 in product at a 70% discount.
